The Platform refers to the electronic system for managing clinics, appointments, and medical records, whether through the mobile app or the browser version.
The User is the registered doctor or clinic owner authorized to use the platform.
A unique username and strong password must be created, and the user is solely responsible for any activity conducted through their account.
The platform provides digital tools to assist doctors in generating and managing medical prescriptions and clinical reports. All medical information, including diagnoses and prescriptions, is entered and authorized solely by the attending physician, who bears full responsibility for it. The “Sijilicare” team does not interfere in this process.
Sijilicare assumes no legal, medical, or professional liability for any data entered into the system or for any medical decisions made by licensed users.
Medical information may be displayed on the website. Please note that all such information is for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for direct consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

The subscription is based on the number of doctors and medical staff in the clinic, so contacting a sales representative is required to arrange a custom plan for the clinic.
After registration, the user selects an annual subscription plan, pays the fee, and the subscription is activated immediately upon receipt of payment—if the account was not previously activated or within a trial period.
The user must explicitly agree via the “I agree to automatic renewal” option before completing the payment.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term on an annual billing cycle.
We send a notification/reminder at least 30 days before renewal.
The user can easily cancel automatic renewal via their account page or a direct cancellation link without needing to contact support.
The cancellation takes effect immediately but applies after the current billing period ends; automatic renewal is then stopped.
We offer a partial refund upon request within 30 days of subscription or renewal, provided the minimum duration (30 days) has not been exceeded and the service has been used reasonably.
After this period, the user is not entitled to a refund, but the subscription remains active until the end of the current cycle.
The user can request a refund through a dedicated form or via support email, and a response will be provided within 14 business days.
Users (including doctors, admins, and clinic staff) are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the platform in compliance with local laws and health regulations
Use of the platform for illegal purposes or to promote unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.

The platform aims to maintain 99.9% uptime based on a SaaS infrastructure with negotiable levels depending on the selected plan.

Any medical decisions or outcomes made by users based on the platform’s tools or analytics.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims or damages resulting from their usage, data, or violation of these terms.
Ensuring the accuracy of the data entered.
Complying with ethical and professional standards in medical practices.
Protecting patient data and adhering to internal privacy policies.
Securing their username and password.
